Vintage Whale-Shaped Wooden Cribbage Board 15" - Perfectly themed

Description

This board is handmade, in Hawaii. It measures 20” long from head to tale and 8 1/2 “ from belly to blowhole. It has an eye just above where the board is cut to create the whale's open mouth. Painted on the board is a bay view of the ocean: rocks, sand, boat, life preserver, water, a setting sun and sea gulls. Across the top of the whale's body is a harpoon. And all around the board is a rope. The back is signed by the artist and there is a saw tooth picture hanger for mounting on the wall. There are six wooden pegs cut to resemble paddles and one paddle has a broken stem. From an estate, it is in excellent condition. Perfect for collectors or players alike.
