To make the night even more fun people would buy bridge sets that contained themed items like score pads, name or character place cards and bridge tallies.  Popular themes were die cut Art Deco versions of "ladies", "Flappers", "Bonnet girls", "brides" , "gentlemen", "dogs", "florals", "parties", "the Orient"and holidays.  Colorfully, stylish and designed with elements of the Art Deco period, Bridge tally cards are mini artworks and very collectable today.
