    Lever model 500
    Semi-automatic single knife 60" wide, with a 15" diameter knife and a 3" diameter cut shaft. With the 15" diameter knife the maximum roll diameter you can cut on a 3" core is 10 - 12". The slit width size control is both automatic and manual. There is an automatic spray mist for cooling and lubricating the knife for slitting material with adhesive. The carriage is mechanically driven. However, the machine is operated manually with buttons and switches. . All of the functions such as distance of the blade to the shaft, slit width size, shaft speed, blade speed, and core dwell are all manually adjusted. Power requirements is 220v 3 phase.
